Features

What is unique about the Minneapolis Eco-Stay?

In addition to being the first truly eco-friendly hostel in an urban setting in America,

the Minneapolis Eco-Stay possesses important features that are impressively unique:

  • The location inside the Ecopolitan Building, in proximity to America's most ecological gourmet restaurant, the award-winning Ecopolitan Restaurant, which serves entirely organic, unprocessed, wholesome, fresh vegan cuisine (uncooked/raw creations, including appetizers, entrée, pizzas, pies, desserts, exotic drinks, and a juice/smoothies bar) and a wide selection of organic, vegan, no-sulfite-added wines (from both American and European vineyards). The restaurant provides healthy and enjoyable services (such as Infrared Sauna for immune stimulation and detoxification, and Oxygen Bar - for those "rare" hangovers...) at a discount to the EcoHostel's guests.

  • Additionally, the Ecopolitan Building contains an Eco-Clinic offering therapeutic message, acupuncture, and colonic hydrotherapy, and the Ecopolitan founder, Dr. Adiel Tel-Oren ("Dr. T") offers clinical nutrition services and laboratory tests (including blood draws).

All these services are offered at a discounts to eco-stay guests.
